Can I cancel my flight ticket?
Yes, you can cancel your flight ticket in the following ways:
1. First of all, select which of our partners you purchased the flight ticket from.
(A) Click on the partner name from our website. You will be redirected to the original website of our partner.
(B) From there, go to My Booking/Section and read the cancellation process and also read how much money you will get back on cancelling the ticket and how much you will not.
And remember, there is a time limit for cancelling the ticket, that time limit may be different for each partner which depends on the refund and return policy of each partner. Cancel the ticket as per that time limit and rules.
Cancel ticket through support email?
(A) First of all, check in Help Center which of our partners you purchased the ticket from!
(B) In the above section, below the name of all our partners, their support email and support contact number is given. Select the support email from there.
(C) Now if you want to cancel the ticket through their support email, then send the email like this:
Subject - Flight Cancellation Request [ Your PNR 6 digit]
Full Name:- (Your full name)
PNR Number:- (Booking ID)
Email:- (Booking email)
Mobile Number:- (Booking mobile number)
Flight Number:- (eg. A1 - 101)
Date:- (Flight date)
Please cancel my flight and send the refund details
If you are using call support, then tell me on the call?
I want to cancel my flight ticket. My [PNR Number is 6 digit] and whatever information they take from you regarding ticket cancellation, you will have to give that information!
