Refund Rules & Eligibility
googlegoto.com and its partners provide a 100% refund if the bus, taxi or car is missed due to fault of googlegoto.com or its partners. However, no refund is given if the bus or other vehicle is missed for any other reason not directly related to googlegoto.com or its partners.
Can I cancel my vehicle booking online?
Yes, you can cancel a vehicle booking offline. Online tickets can also be cancelled. However, some bus tickets, Car booking , can only be cancelled through our call centre. Please be aware that cancellation policies and costs may vary between bus providers.

Non-refundable services:- Some bookings (e.g., discounted flights) may have restrictions. Clear terms are shown before confirmation.
Submit a cancellation request in the 'My Booking' section
Our team will confirm with the airline/provider within 24 hours
Refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of confirmation
Third-party service providers may charge cancellation fees

Payment Gateway Compliance
Secure refunds: All refunds are made to the same payment method used to make the payment such as RazorPay
fee structure:-
Gateway processing fees: Some gateways do not refund transaction fees (e.g. RazorPay does not refund the 2% fee)
Googlegoto Charges :- We do not deduct any extra charges
Chargebacks:- Contact your bank or payment gateway directly for disputes
